After Hours Facilitator

Position Summary 
The After Hours Facilitator will participate in all aspects of the After Hours event, including set up and strike down, facilitating games and other activities at the event.   This position is typically scheduled from 5 p.m. until 1 a.m. on event night which is currently the first Thursday of the month.
Responsibilities or Duties 
Set up tables, chairs, games and lighting as need before After Hours Events, and strike all immediately after the events.
Assist guests with games and activities during the event.
Coordinate logistics with vendors, musicians, and DJs as needed for set up and strike.
Interact with guests during the event and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements or Key Qualifications 
Available to work the monthly evening event including set up and strike.
Ability to work in a “club” like situation with loud music, strobing lights, balloons popping, etc.
Experience working with people of all ages and large groups of people
Proven ability to work independently but still able to function as part of a team.
Energetic and enthusiastic with a good public presence.
Ability to set up and strike equipment including tables and chairs and lift up to 50 pounds.
Do to nature of event must meet minimum age requirement of 21+.
Interest in science and technology.
Bi-lingual a plus.
