Facility
The Tech is located on a premier downtown San Jose site, facing Plaza de Cesar Chavez, looking across to the Fairmont Hotel and the San Jose Museum of Art. The Tech contains 132,000 square feet of space, including four exhibit galleries and the Hackworth IMAX® Dome Theater.
Capacity
The Tech can accommodate 25-2500 for receptions and up to 500 for a sit down dinner depending on space(s) used. Exclusive use of the Hackworth IMAX® Dome Theater may also be arranged.
Preferred Vendors
All food and beverage arrangements, including setup, services and cleanup are arranged by the renter. The Tech's on site recommended caterer is Cafe Primavera which provides all alcoholic beverage service. A preferred caterers list is also available.
