Every year the Santa Cruz County students of Spring Hill School try to change their world. The students think of a problem and find a way to solve it. The young inventors are in grades Kindergarten through Eighth. In the search to solve a problem, they are encouraged to put their ideas, creations, or prototypes on display at the annual Spring Hill School Invention Convention. Judges spend a whole morning selecting projects in the following categories: The Bright Idea, The Klutz Pick, and It Really Works.
