How do Scientists point the telescope in the right direction?

Where's the Target?When Hubble needs to locate a new target, it uses a set of small telescopes, called Star Trackers, to point towards the correct area. But Star Trackers can only bring Hubble to an approximate position. Hubble still needs to get a much more precise aim bef ore it takes a picture. |
