Although robots are becoming more common in the workplace, it is important to remember that robots are not "super workers." They are tools people use, and have some real shortcomings.

Today's robots:

• are not creative or innovative
• do not think independently
• do not make complicated decisions
• do not learn from mistakes
• do not adapt quickly to changes in their surroundings
