If a big earthquake hits, you have to be prepared. This includes having supplies ready in case the power goes out, or you can't get to food, or someone gets a minor injury.

In addition to making an earthquake emergency kit, you will have to explain why you have chosen each item in your kit, and explain where you will store it.

Remember if there is an earthquake, you need to have access to the supplies. You don't want to put your kit in a place where it could get buried.
