A debate is a structured form of argument where people get the chance to present opinions on different sides of an issue. A debater is sometimes asked to present an opinion he or she does not necessarily agree with, but that is one of the ways debates are helpful in bringing up all kinds of new and important ideas and issues.

There are three steps to this debate:

Step 1:  Divide up into groups favoring different opinions.

Step 2:  Research. You will find links to a wide range of material on the Web about cloning.

Step 3:   Debate. A suggested format is outlined.
