Density indicates how much matter can fit in a specific space. Density is measured in grams per cubic centimeter (g/cm3).

Density is equal to Mass divided by Volume. Use this formula to find the density of an object.
For example: find the density of a container of water. It's mass is 6g and it's volume is 3cm3.
