Makers: Stanton Clark and Carrie Weaver, O Yeah Toys, Sebastopol, CA
Stanton and Carrie stitched together geometric shapes to make these inflatables. The tree-shaped inflatables are inspired by the dragon tails that Stanton creates for his stuffed-animal dragons.
How Does It Work
The inflatables are made by sewing together large sheets of nylon fabric. A fan blows air into the inflatable and they open up like parachutes. Colored LEDs inside the inflatable make it glow.
