Thank you for applying to bring your group to The Tech Museum of Innovation! Your group is sure to have a wonderful time exploring the galleries or enjoying an IMAX experience during their visit.

To submit your application, please complete the folowing information at least two weeks prior to your preferred visit date and click on the "Submit" button below. Upon receipt of the form, the Group Reservations department will contact you to confirm the details of your visit and make arrangements for payment.

Special Notes:

Exhibit Admission: a self-guided visit of our hands-on exhibits. We recommend a two-hour visit. Open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday-Sunday. We are closed Mondays (except holiday Mondays), as well as Thanksgiving and Christmas.

IMAX Admission: for a specific time and date. All shows are open seating. Click here for a current IMAX schedule.

Combination: exhibits plus IMAX on the same day; IMAX at a specific time and day. Not available for evening shows.

Prices for both IMAX and Combination tickets vary with movie selection. Educational films have a different price than full-length, Hollywood films.

Group Visit Information

  • Group rates require a minimum of 10 tickets purchased.
  • Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance; a $100 deposit is required upon receipt of confirmation.
  • Final payment for tickets is required at least one week prior to visit and may be made with a check, money order or charge card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted).
  • One person must make arrangements and payment for entire group.
  • All tickets must be distributed by Group Leader; please make arrangements where the group is to meet if arriving by separate vehicles.
  • Sorry no refunds or exchanges. All ticket purchases are final.
