The Tech Museum of Innovation is committed to research and evaluation to determine audience and community learning needs and the effectiveness of our exhibits and programs in meeting those needs. The Evaluation Department advises and supports Tech staff in developing strategies for evaluating their work; facilitates cross-departmental research, evaluation and process improvement projects; supports institutional planning; and disseminates research results and best practices to the museum field.
