This year The Tech Museum will bring you a variety of weekend classes appropriate for ages 6 through 16. Topics range from engineering, chemistry, electricity and more! Choose from day-long classes as well as a short series of classes.
One-time only Weekend Classes:
Please Note: Price includes class plus free entrance to regular gallery exhibits. Requirement of one adult chaperone for every 8 children (Free adult chaperone ticket provided).

| Introduction to High Power Rocketry December 21 - 23, 26 Monday - Wednesday: 4:00pm - 7:00pm Saturday: 9:00 am - 2:00pm Ages: 12-16 Min/Max: 10/12 Cost: $250.00 Build a high power, fiberglass rocket and attend (optional) rocket launch. Use flight simulation software. Discuss rocket motor design, propellants and composite materials. Video presentations and more. |
