Maker Workshops: Flight
1-hour workshops starting at 10:00 and 11:00 a.m.
Led by Rick Schertle
Join Rick for all sorts of flying fun as you build and fly some very innovative glider contraptions based on his ingenious designs.

Young Maker Plussing Session #2
2:00–3:00 p.m.
Young Makers get together monthly to share their innovations for Maker Faire. Plussing Sessions allow project teams to get feedback on their in-progress projects from other participants. They provide teams practice talking about their projects, the challenges they are facing, and how they intend to overcome them. Even if you don’t have your project started yet, students ages 12-18 can meet other Makers and learn more about becoming Young Makers of the South Bay.
Young Makers get free admission to the museum on Open Make days.

For the love of Flight, you'll have to build in time to make more flying machines in our Ready, Set, Flugtag! program in our Hands-on Science Workshop.
