Next Beta Jam: NeuroSky

Thursday, September 25, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Saturday, September 27, 2014 from noon - 3:00 p.m.

The Brain Science Kit is a first-of-its-kind, software and hardware “lab” package that teaches youth the fundamentals of brain science while reinforcing and extending their understanding through the use of a student-friendly, brainwave-reading headset. There are two core functions of the Brain Science Kit:  (1) curriculum and (2) developer workshop. The workshop is to intrigue the student’s creativity by providing a platform for them to freely develop their own simple applications and create the incentives to learn more about brain itself. The curriculum is to further extend the student’s knowledge and answer any brain-related questions.

It is NeuroSky’s hope that the Brain Science Kit will stimulate the passion and desire for young students to seek a deeper understanding of the human mind and to consider future careers in brain-related fields.
