“Food like you’ve never seen before.” The Tech’s newest exhibition, The Photography of Modernist Cuisine, is a collection of innovative, critically acclaimed photographs taken by former Microsoft CTO Nathan Myhrvold and his team. The photographs illuminate the accessible science at work every day in our kitchens. Free to the public through September 1.
