17th Annual Tech Challenge Season

Tech Challenge, The Tech Museum of Innovation's signature design challenge competition, returns for another suspenseful and fun-filled season. Watch teams of 5th through 12th graders design, create and innovate solutions to a real world problem currently facing scientists – removal of non-native Pike fish from (our 60 gallon simulated) Lake Davis. Pick A Pike test trials run through April, and the big competition is Saturday, April 24. Judging is based on mission success, thorough design journals and engineering methodology. Special awards are issued for team spirit, best looking device, everyone's favorite ‘Most Spectacular Failure' and more. WHERE & WHEN
