"The Young Black Stallion," Disney's first dramatic adventure made expressly for the giant screen is a magnificent and thrilling tale that is a prequel to the 1979 motion picture "The Black Stallion." This extraordinary film follows the adventures of a young girl named Neera across the desert, and the special bond she forms with a wild stallion who comes to her aid.

Unlike traditional flat-screen IMAX experiences, the state-of-the-art Hackworth IMAX Theater – California's only dome theater – features an eight-story, giant domed screen and six-channel, digital wrap-around sound with 12,000 watts of power from 44 speakers. The theater accommodates 295 special reclining chairs that accentuate the feeling of actually being in the movie.
