Grab your lightsaber and use the Force this Halloween to score a bagful of sweet treats during Jedi™ Nights, the Star Wars-themed family fun costume party at The Tech Museum of Innovation

SAN JOSE, CA – Tired of trolling the cold streets of Earth scouring for candy every All Hallows’ Eve?
This Halloween get set for an out-of-this-galaxy event as Star Wars takes over The Tech. Don your favorite disguises and Star Wars costumes and join us to celebrate all things Star Wars and Halloween. Festivities will include indoor trick-or-treating, training for the Jedi™ Academy, and the chance to re-create your favorite Star Wars scenes with live members from the 501st Stormtrooper Legion.
Tickets for Jedi™ Nights includes admission to the exhibition, Star Wars: Where Science Meets Imagination, where Halloween guests will have the chance to explore more than 80 authentic costumes and props from Darth Vader, Yoda, C-3PO, R2-D2, Chewbacca, and other favorites. Come engage in hands-on design labs where you defy gravity, engineer Droids™, and manipulate robots. Explore space travel, robotics, and magnetic levitation.
WHAT:  Jedi™ Nights - The Tech’s own hands-on workshops at Jedi™ Tech. With Techsabers visitors will tinker with circuitry, LEDs, and various light diffusing and reflecting materials. At the Skywalker Writing workshop guests will leverage the Force to create intergalactic light paintings and even control their own hovercrafts. Candy will be given at stations throughout the museum. Also, you can grab a photo with costumed Stormtroopers, Jedi Knights, and other Star Wars characters roaming the museum.
