The Tech Interactive Debuts Adults-Only Event Series "Tech at Nite"

San Jose's Nightlife Gets a Tech Upgrade Starting Dec. 19!

Dec. 11, 2024, San Jose, CA — The Tech Interactive, Silicon Valley's premier science and technology center, invites adults to rediscover their inner child at the debut of "Tech at Nite"—an adults-only event where creativity, technology, and festive vibes collide. The inaugural event takes place on Thursday, December 19, from 7:30 to 11:00 p.m., offering an unforgettable night filled with cutting-edge exhibits, electrifying music, hands-on activities, and sensory delights.

“The Tech Interactive is excited to transform into a playground for grown-ups to explore, create, and connect,” said Katrina Stevens, President & CEO of The Tech Interactive. “We often hear from young adults that they have fond memories of visiting as a kid but haven’t been back since. ‘Tech at Nite’ offers the perfect opportunity to reconnect with the magic of The Tech—this time, with a festive and nostalgic twist.”

Highlights Include:

  • Exclusive after-hours access to some of the The Tech's cutting-edge exhibits
  • Music and vibes curated by Universal Grammar featuring DJ sets from local legends Chale Brown and Zuri Alexa
  • Holiday DIY craft station by Local Color
    "Science of Whisky" tasting experience led by 10th Street Distillery

Tickets are available now and include access to all exhibits, activities, and entertainment. The event is 21+ only, and ID will be required at entry. Drinks and food will be available for purchase.
