New President, New Era
The Tech has announced Katrina Stevens will be our next president and CEO. She joins us from the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, where she currently serves as the director of learning science.
Stevens has 25 years of experience in the education ecosystem — from the classroom to administration to the halls of government as a deputy director in the Obama administration’s Department of Education. She brings a deep passion for improving learning outcomes, especially among those young people who face the greatest challenges.
