Computational Thinking Bundle

Computational thinking (CT) empowers young innovators to approach problem-solving with a process or methodology that can be applied to many different problems. Learn how to guide learners and implement them in your learning setting.

Modules

Introduction to Computational Thinking is composed of eight core modules:

• Introduction to The Tech’s computational thinking pedagogy
• Key features of a plugged activity
• Key features of an unplugged activity
• Sample computational thinking activities
• Essential steps to facilitate computational thinking activities
• Assessing computational thinking

Outcomes

• Understand how to facilitate Computational Thinking activities.
• Experience Computational Thinking and how Design Challenge Learning can be applied to it.
• Assess Computational Thinking
• Integrate CT activities for both digital and physical applications. Plugged and unplugged respectively.

Pre-Requisites

Design Challenge Learning Bundle recommended, but not required
