Event Details

Ticket Pricing:
  • Adult: $16 per show
  • Child, Student, Seniors (65+): $12 per show
Arrival:
  • Show will start immediately at the scheduled time. There will be no previews before the show. For your safety, no late arrivals will be permitted.
Show Details:
  • Shows range from 45-55 minutes long with no intermission.
Accessibility:
  • Our IMAX Dome Theater includes four spaces for wheelchairs with four adjacent companion/semi-ambulatory seats. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that parties will be seated together. A staff member will escort visitors to these seats from the elevator. If you need any assistance, please notify IMAX staff at least 20 minutes before show time.

Should I go to a LASERS! show? I've never been.

Yes, yes you should.

When should I arrive?

Doors typically open 30 minutes before showtime. Arrive early for check-in and seating.

Is there late seating?

No. For the safety of our guests, late arrivals will not be permitted.

Are LASERS! shows appropriate for kids?

LASERS! is recommended for ages 6 and up. Please review the show details before purchasing tickets, as some shows may feature music or themes geared toward teens and adults.

Do LASERS! shows include bright lights or loud sound?

Yes. Shows feature loud music, haze, and intense or flickering lights. LASERS! is not advised for guests with photosensitive conditions or light sensitivity. Noise-reducing headphones are recommended for people who are sensitive to loud noises. Headphones can be requested at the admissions desk.

Can I take photos or video during the show?

No. Photography, video recording, and phone screens are not permitted inside the dome during the performance.

Are seats assigned?

No. Seating is first come, first served.

Is museum admission included?

No. Museum admission is not included with a LASERS! ticket. Museum admission is not required to attend a LASERS! show.

Can I bring food or drinks into the theater?

Concessions are available and may be brought into the theater. Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the theater.

Is accessible seating available?

Yes. Accessible seating and companion seating are available, including elevator access to those seats.

Are member discounts available?

Yes. Member discounts are available for LASERS! tickets. Member tickets for adults are $12 per show and member tickets for children, students, and seniors are $10 per show.

Where should I park?

The Tech offers $5 parking with validation for all-night parking at the Convention Center Garage and 2nd & San Carlos Garage. Present your same-day ticket at Visitor Services for validation.
