Youth Climate Action Summit Virtual Conference
The Tech Interactive is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all attendees, presenters and sponsors. Please show respect and courtesy to all. If you encounter any unacceptable behavior, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or utilize the Pheedloop chat function.
All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of all backgrounds.
All participants must follow session protocol shared by the presenters, session hosts and any Tech Interactive staff.
Refrain from unacceptable behavior. Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to:
Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
Abuse of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, sponsor, Tech Interactive staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest.
Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to, comments related to age, appearance, disability, ethnicity, gender, geographic location, nationality, professional level, race, religion, and sexual orientation, or threatening or stalking any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, sponsor, Tech Interactive staff member, or service provider.
Disruption of presentations during sessions, breakout rooms, or at other events organized by The Tech throughout the virtual meeting.
This is a free educational experience. Please do not:
Sell/trade/share your access link/code.
Record or distribute, reproduce or repurpose the session content.
Record, copy or take screenshots of Q&A or chatroom activity.
Request contact information from other participants for business purposes (such as sales) or for any purpose restricted by this code of conduct.
The Tech reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the Virtual Conference without warning, in response to any incident of unacceptable or restricted behavior or disruption to the Virtual Conference.
