Chemicals of Innovation

Grade: 5
Duration: 60 minutes

Available Times: 9:30 a.m., 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on school field trip operating days

Concepts/Skills: Chemical reactions, law of conservation of matter, energy and matter, cause and effect.

Investigate chemical properties and the law of conservation of matter. Students experiment with chemical reactions and use evidence to support the law of conservation of matter.
