Asia does not lack talent. It lacks equal opportunities for young people to discover and develop their potential.
Across South Asia, nearly 79% of young people are not on track to acquire secondary-level skills, while approximately 160 million youth across Asia and the Pacific are outside education, employment, or training. As AI and emerging technologies transform industries, the need for creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving has never been greater. We cannot prepare tomorrow’s workforce using yesterday’s approach to learning.

We at The Tech Interactive have a powerful opportunity by equipping teachers with the relevant training tools that will support not only hands-on STEM innovation into their classrooms but building them with skills for the future workforce.

We believe transformation begins with teachers and content developers. Through Design Challenge Learning, we empower educators to bring affordable, hands-on STEM experiences into classrooms, building students’ confidence, resilience, creativity, and ability to solve real-world challenges.
Our goal is not simply to prepare young people for the future workforce, but to empower them to shape it, regardless of their gender, background, or circumstances in the world of Artificial Intelligence.
